On physical mail and privacy: as your registered agent we take in service of process and official New Jersey correspondence for you, and our address can go on your public filings so your own never appears. We are not a mail-forwarding service, though. Court papers are scanned free the day they arrive, other documents run $15 each to scan, and postage is charged only when you want the paper copy forwarded.

How We Compare

What About State Fees?

Our $99 annual fee covers the registered agent service. If you're switching from another registered agent, New Jersey charges a $25 state filing fee to update your information. That's a one-time cost paid directly to the state, not to us.

New Jersey also requires annual reports with a $75 filing fee, due on the last day of your formation anniversary month. That fee goes to the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services and is separate from our service fee.

After You Sign Up

Once you complete enrollment, we're ready to serve as your registered agent immediately. If you're forming a new New Jersey business, you can list our information directly on your formation documents.

If you're switching from another registered agent, we'll provide the change form and instructions. You'll file it with the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services along with the $25 state fee.

Your subscription renews annually at the same $99 rate. We'll notify you before renewal, so there are no surprises.
